Mid Century Modern Chicken Earrings

*These earrings combine two of my loves: chickens and mid century modern style! Their retro style is sure to bring a smile to all who see them :)

* They are handmade out of glass enamel fused to a copper base. The legs are sterling silver with little yellow glass beads accenting them. 

*The bodies of the chickens are blue and the tails have white spots. A happy combination that will match many outfits.

*These earrings would make a fun gift to a friend, or gift them to yourself! I know there are just as many chicken lovers as there are cat lovers! Spread the chicken love :)

*I do include rubber stoppers on the back of the ear wires to make the earring secure in your ears when wearing them.

With silver prices on the rise, I’ve been mindful about finding ways to keep my jewelry comfortable to wear and accessible to enjoy.  Many earrings now feature titanium ear wires by default.  Titanium is a lightweight, very strong, hypoallergenic option that’s gentle on sensitive ears and well suited for everyday wear.  Sterling silver ear wires are available as an upgrade if you prefer a brighter color and traditional precious metal.
